Welcome to teewind.com. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage order preparation, shipping timelines, delivery processes, and customer responsibilities when receiving products. This policy applies to all apparel products sold on teewind.com, including hoodies, jeans, T-shirts, and more.


1. Order Fulfillment Process

Teewind prepares and ships orders efficiently through two main stages: Handling Time and Transit Time.

1.1 Handling Time (Order Preparation)

Handling time includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality inspection

  • Inventory confirmation

  • Secure packaging

  • Carrier pickup preparation

Standard Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Schedule
  • Shipping Days: Monday – Saturday

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Transit Time (Delivery Time)

Transit time begins once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by weather, peak seasons, or carrier issues are outside of our control.


4. Shipping Costs

There are no hidden fees or surcharges.


5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reliable carriers selected based on speed and package type:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure efficient delivery.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking link

  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after label creation.


7. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Washington, D.C.

  • U.S. territories (case-by-case basis)

At this time, international shipping is not available.


8. Delivery Issues & Responsibilities
8.1 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Teewind is not liable for delays, losses, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery attempts fail, the carrier may hold or return the package. Additional reshipment fees may apply.

8.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, teewind.com is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Customers may need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

8.4 Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier operational issues


9. Combined Orders & Multiple Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory location or packaging requirements. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.


10. Shipping During Peak Seasons

During holidays, promotions, or peak sales periods, handling and transit times may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.


11. Damaged Orders During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and assist according to our Return & Refund Policy.
